The property will be undergoing both an exterior enhancement project along with a vestibule door installation project. The exterior enhancement project includes concrete restoration and exterior painting. The garage exterior enhancement project is scheduled to begin on April 22, 2013 with a scheduled completion date of September 6, 2013. The exterior tower enhancement project is scheduled to begin on September 9, 2013 with a scheduled completion date of November 29, 2013. Work will be done Monday-Friday from 8:00AM-4:30PM with louder work scheduled between 10:00AM-4:00PM. The property anticipates the noise of the concrete repair will travel throughout the building. All other work will create minimal noise and inconvenience. There will be a brief period that the pool will be closed during certain portions of the exterior tower enhancement project. There will be no lanai access for the stack of units affected during the exterior tower enhancement project. The vestibule door installation project includes the replacement of all vestibule doors on floors 5-40 and this project is scheduled to begin on May 13, 2013 with a scheduled completion date of May 12, 2014. Work will be done Monday-Friday from 8:00AM-4:30PM with louder work from 10:00AM-4:00PM. Elevator foyers & breezeways between the "01/02" and "03/04" units will be affected while the vestibule door is being replaced on the specific floor. All projects (start dates and completion dates) are weather-permitting and may be prolonged due to unforeseen circumstances). All guests staying during these periods will receive complimentary round-trip trolley tickets to the Ala Moana Center during the duration of these projects - limited to the number of guests in the suite. The General Manager and staff will do everything possible to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
