Waikiki Banyan

The ResortQuest at the Waikiki Banyan (Aston is now ResortQuest) is a mid-range condominium located in Waikiki. It is located 1 block from the beach. The units are all 1 bedrooms and will sleep up to 5 guests. All units have full kitchens, air conditioning, high-speed internet access (fee) and color cable TV. The property has a heated pool and excellent pool deck that includes a playground, pool snack shop, basketball court and a tennis court. There is also a barbecue area (fee to use BBQ's), internet cafe on property and a putting green. This is an excellent family property and is in a good location. Guests can walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. All units are non-smoking. The property is upgrading and refurbishing the guest elevators. The work should be completed by Fall, 2008. Work will consist of one elevator per Tower to be put out of service 24 hours per day (7 days per week) with three out of four elevators being operational in each Tower during the entire refurbishment. Work will be done from 8:00AM-4:00PM daily. Guests should expect slight delays that may occur and should plan ahead by allowng a few extra minutes when using the elevators. The General Manager and staff will do everything possible to minimize any guest inconvenience.
