The hotel will be undergoing a complete $10.7 renovation from August 6, 2012 to March 1, 2013. Rooms will be totally renovated with new guest room carpeting & tiling, 42" flat-screen LCD HDTV's, upgraded mattresses & triple-sheeting with decorative bedding, furniture, light fixtures, wallpaper, coffee-makers, refrigerators, soft goods and more. Bathrooms will have new tubs & showers, tiling, granite top counters, vanities and lighting. Public areas, including the lobby, will be refurbished & upgraded as well. Work hours will be 8:00AM-5:00PM Monday through Friday. Heavy work will occur between 10:00AM-4:00PM. Guests will hear noise during the day and are encouraged to leave the hotel during the work hours. The hotel will continue to be fully operational during this time. In addition, the hotel will be undergoing exterior painting and spalling work starting April 1, 2013 with a scheduled completion date of June 30, 2013. The hotel will also be replacing some of their bathtubs from May 1, 2013 to May 31, 2013. Work hours will be from 9:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday. The hotel will be open during this time, but for safety reasons, the pool and certain room balconies may be limited or not available for use. There may be some noise during the day. The General Manager and staff will do everything possible to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.

The Park Shore Waikiki Hotel is located in Waikiki directly across the street from Waikiki Beach and it is also across the street from Kapiolani Park. The property is 100% non-smoking. The property is a moderate hotel with nice, comfortable units that will sleep 2 to 3 guests. The hotel rooms are equipped with a mini-refrigerator. All rooms have cable TV, air conditioning, coffee-maker, telephone with data port, hair dryer and an iron/ironing board. The property has a pool, 2 restaurants, gift/sundry store and an activity desk. Guests will love the convenient location to the beach, shops and restaurants. It is a great property for guests who want to use the facilities at Kapiolani Park.
