The Aston Pacific Monarch (ResortQuest is now Aston) is a nice superior property that is perfect for guests who want to be in the middle of everything. The studio units will sleep up to 3 people while the one bedrooms will sleep 5 guests. The 1 bedroom units have a full kitchen with a coffee maker and a microwave oven. Central laundry facilities are located on the property. All units have high-speed internet access (fee). There is also a complimentary newspaper and complimentary beach towels/mats. The property features a restaurant, rooftop pool area with a jet-spa and a sauna. All units are non-smoking. Beginning on March 2, 2009 to September 1, 2009, the property will be doing concrete restoration and painting of the exterior of the building. Work will be done Monday-Friday from 8:00AM-4:00PM and will be scheduled by columns, so the property will make all efforts to accommodate guests in rooms away from the work. Notices and construction schedules will be posted throughout the property. Letters of apology and chocolate-covered macadamia nuts will be delivered to all affected units. The General Manager and staff will do everything possible to ensure the comfort of all guests.
