Maui Lu Hotel

The Maui Lu is located in Kihei and has units on both sides of South Kihei Road. The property has hotel rooms that will sleep a maximum of 4 guests. All units have air conditioning, small refrigerator, coffee-maker (in all rooms except hotel standard garden view category), shower/bathtub and color cable TV. The property has expansive grounds, pool, tennis courts, BBQ, volleyball and central laundry facilities. Guests can walk to the beach. Shops and restaurants are a short drive away. All rooms are non-smoking. This is a budget property for travelers looking for inexpensive Kihei accommodations. Beginning on May 27, 2008 through June 27, 2008, the property will be upgrading the walkways and railings of the Vancouver Building. Beginning on June 24, 2008 through September 7, 2008, the property will be replacing the roof of the Haleakala Building as well as upgrading the bridges, walkways and railings of the building. Work will only be done Monday-Friday from 8:00AM-4:00PM. Guests will not be assigned rooms in the buildings where work is being performed. The ocean view and ocean front categories are located ocean side and therefore will not be affected. The General Manager and staff will do everything possible to minimize any guest inconvenience.
